COVID-19 Guidelines

At PhysioEvolution the health and well-being of both our patients and staff is a top priority.

As per the current (June 2021) COVID-19 GUIDELINES for the health industry, PhysioEvolution is an essential medical service and not subject to closure during lockdown.

We continue to accept patient bookings for face to face appointments.
We operate within the guidelines for everyone and request your full co-operation.

Please read the guidelines below:

  • If you have left quarantine recently please inform us when you call to book.
  • If you are in a self-isolating period, for any reason, you are not to attend.
  • If you are feeling unwell, you are not to attend until feeling recovered.
  • Symptoms to watch for are headache, sneezing, fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, body aches, sore throat,  runny nose, muscle pain, or diarrhoea.

Please call us on 9958 0410 if you have any queries before your appointment and know that there will never be a penalty for cancelling an appointment in a health and welfare context.

At PhysioEvolution it is now a condition of entry that you check-in using our QR code on arrival and wash your hands, preferably using hospital grade soap and water in the bathroom, on arrival and on departure.

All staff will follow the hand washing protocol and the self-isolation guidelines as stated above. In addition, staff will be wearing masks when treating and will minimise contact as much as possible.

Our premises and equipment are regularly cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant. Pens are sanitised after each use. A perspex screen has been installed on our front reception desk to minimise contact and spread.

You will notice that we do not have an automatic booking system as we like to talk to you personally so we can better meet your needs.

As of June 28 2021 exercise classes are not being conducted on the premises. Participants will be notified when these classes return.
